NRG TECH Srl creates security systems for interception and revelation di leaks di gas.

NRG TECH has brought its expertise to areas sensitive to natural disasters such as Chile, Mexico, Thailand, Lebanon, UAE, China, Romania, Greece.

About us

Born in 2012 as an internal division to Boldrin Group, we enter the world of interception and detection of gas leaks as we are aware of the risk caused by gas leaks inside domestic and work buildings. From that moment, we begin to realize device for the interception di leaks di flammable gases, toxic e harmful.

In collaboration with universities and relevant bodies, we take care of Research e development di technologies dedicated to prevention di disasters collateral a seismic events, hydrogeological e landslides. In fact, despite the improvement of building construction systems and safety standards, in particularly serious situations, people's safety is still put at risk by possible explosions with pipes di gas o water, The electrical connections remained discovered and from the propagation in the air or underground of toxic products for man and the environment.

Avoiding these risks is one of our main objectives, which is why we perform scrupulous e in-depth analyses e studies of the seismograms, as well as the seismic waves themselves, before proceeding with the implementation of the interventions. The authoritative collaborations, the experience gained over the years in the civil and industrial fields and the line of branded products Seismic Device of NRG TECH, allow us to create Industrial able to also respond to events to an earthquake, like landslides e hydrogeological disruptions.

Services and customer care

We specialize in design, development e production di detectors di gas leaks e systems di Monitoring for detecting the presence of gas inside or outside buildings. Our constant commitment pushes us to constantly introduce revolutionary sensors and control panels into the market, such as Sismagas®, Sismalock® e FF2®.

The detection solutions we offer are available for industrial applications, Business e household, in particular, in those cases where there is a risk of exposure to toxic or flammable gases or oxygen deficiency.

The continuous pursuit of excellence of NRG TECH it is also expressed through the care of report customers. Our technical-commercial structure is in fact supported by the presence of the network of sellers and on-site technical assistance. All this has given us the opportunity to build over time close relationships di collaboration with clients e Partner, all over the world.

Case History

Technology

Every day we are surrounded by different types of gases. The air we breathe, for example, is made up of numerous gases, including oxygen and nitrogen.

But what is a gas?

Gas is a together di molecules which move in a random and chaotic manner, constantly colliding with each other and with their surroundings. THE gases fill every available volume and, due to the high speed at which the molecules move, yes they mix quickly with the atmosphere where they are released.

Fuel gas is used in many homes for heating and cooking. Even vehicle engines, as we well know, burn fuel and oxygen and produce exhaust gases, such as oxide di nitrogen, monoxide di carbon e carbon dioxide.

Compared to air, gases can be lighter or heavier or have approximately the same density. Furthermore, gases can have un odor or be deprived of it. Finally, they may or may not have one color. In fact, even if you can't see, feel or touch the gas, it doesn't mean it isn't there.

combustionit is a very simple chemical reaction in which oxygen combineswith another substancecausing the release of energy. This energy appears primarily as heatsometimes in the form of flames. The substance that causes the ignition is usually, but not always, a compound of hydrocarbonswhich can be at solid state, liquid, gaseousor steam.

The combustion process can be represented by the well-known Fire Triangle.

Three factors are always necessary to generate combustion:

  1. An ignition source;
  2. Oxygen;
  3. Fuel in the form of gas or steam;

The purpose of any fire suppression system is to remove at least one of these three potentially hazardous elements.

Below level LEL (Lower Explosion Limit) the amount of gas is not sufficient to produce an explosion, while, above the level UEL (Upper Explosion Limit), the mixture does not have enough oxygen. This implies that the interval di Flash for each gas or gas mixture is between the LEL (Lower Explosion Limit) and the UEL (Upper Explosion Limit). Outside the mixture of this interval it cannot burn.

Normally the industrial plants do not cause gas leaks in the surrounding areas. In the worst case scenario, only low levels of gas will be present. Therefore, the detection and alarm system will only have to highlight the gas levels from 0% to LEL limit. Before this concentration is achieved, the blocking procedures or clearing the area. Normally this phase is performed with lower concentrations al 50% of the LEL to ensure an adequate safety margin. However, it should be remembered that sometimes in closed or unventilated areas the concentration may exceed the UEL limit. So long as the entry of air from the outside it can dilute i gas creating a mixture dangerous fuel, during the inspection it is recommended to use maximum caution when opening doors and hatches.

Ignition temperature

For every gas flammable there also one temperature to which the ignition it even occurs in absence of a source external ignition, such as a spark or flame. This temperature is called 'ignition temperature'.

The equipment used in risk areas must havea surface temperature not superior to that of power on of the gases potentially present. To this end, the equipment bears the indication of maximum surface temperature (T rating).
