The Boldrin Group was founded in the post-war years, at an important time in history when emerging from the chaos and disruption felt like a long and difficult road. But that was the spark that ignited the flame in our founder, Emanuele Boldrin.

In the early years, Emanuele first worked transporting LPG cylinders, which took him inside the homes of Italian families from the north to the south. He listened to their needs, delivering the energy they needed to live and rebuild their country.

1959
Harnessing his experience transporting gas cylinders, Emanuele Boldrin founded Boldrin, basing his core work on providing LPG components and support.
1970
Ten years later, the company had grown, covering ground all over Italy, and had begun serving major LPG retailers and distributors directly.
1985
The second generation of the Boldrin family came onto the scene, transforming the small sole proprietorship into a limited liability company. This marked a turning point for Boldrin s.r.l.’s ascent and expansion into foreign markets.
1990
After 30 years of success in the LPG market, Boldrin s.r.l. ventured into the world of natural gas. By staying up-to-date with gas technologies and new alternative sources of energy, keeping well-stocked warehouses, providing an advanced logistics service and some of the best support in the industry, Boldrin continued to better serve its customers.
1997
They have passed from the foundation e Boldrin srl celebrate his success by creating TAG srl, a company created to design and create cutting-edge systems dedicated to gas regulation, measurement, control and safety. In the same year, having laid the foundations for further technological development in the field of technical gases, the company consolidated an important partnership with two very important American companies, acquiring exclusivity for the Italian market of the companies RegO (currently integrated into Dover Corporation) and Rochester Sensor both undisputed leaders in the technological field of combustible and technical gases; since then the two companies Boldrin SRL e TAG SRL undertake a new path of transformation of the technological proposal not only in the world of combustible gases but also in technological application contexts of different gases (ammonia, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen etc.)
2009
Decades of experience, and consolidated skills and expertise opened up new frontiers and, after 50 years in business, Boldrin s.r.l. was operating in more than 40 countries worldwide.
2012
A new company, NRG TECH s.r.l, was founded, operating in the electronics sector, detecting gas leaks. With this new company came new technical support services, sharing the skills needed to use our products, quality guarantees and state-of-the-art product solutions, all in full compliance with the regulations in force.
2023
Boldrin signs new commercial agreements with the Dover Group, leader in the world of LPG transport, and with Ebsray, a world leader in the design and production of regenerative and positive displacement turbine pump technologies.
2024
NRG takes an important step by becoming an Innovative PMI, part of an important nucleus of companies that contribute to the development of the country. These entities constitute the second evolutionary stage of innovative startups: companies ready for the consolidated growth phase.
